How to Use ClipConverter

Three steps, whatever link type you have. The only part that changes between link types is where you copy the link from.

Step 1: Copy the link

Find your video, Short, clip, replay, or track, and copy its link. Each type hides the button in a different place: how to copy a YouTube link covers the app, desktop, Shorts, and embeds.

Step 2: Paste and convert

Open ClipConverter, paste the link into the converter, and press Convert. The tool detects the link type automatically; you do not need to tell it what you pasted.

Step 3: Download the MP3

Click Download and the MP3 saves to your device. On phones it usually lands in Downloads; check your device's files app if you cannot find it.

Link-type tips

• Shorts: use the Share button on the Short itself, not the channel page. Details: Shorts to MP3.
• Clips: copy the clip's own share link (it contains /clip/), not the source video's. Details: clip to MP3.
• Live replays: only completed streams convert; ongoing ones do not. Details: live stream to MP3.
• Music: share from the YouTube Music app. Details: Music to MP3.
• Embeds: get the link from the embedded player. Details: embed link to MP3.
