What a valid notice must contain

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
The URL of the material you want removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and email so we can contact you.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices through our contact page. Include "DMCA Notice" in your message so it reaches the right review.

What happens next

We review every complete notice and act on valid ones promptly. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing information.

Repeat infringers

Access associated with repeated, valid infringement claims is terminated.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed because of a notice you believe was wrong, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a consent-to-jurisdiction statement. We restore material when the law requires it.
